Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read carefully before booking. By booking any service with me, you agree to the terms below.

1. 1:1 Sessions: Yoga, Shiatsu or Nutrition Consultations

• More than 24 hours before the appointment:
  You may reschedule one time for free. No refunds.

• Less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show:
  100% of the session fee is charged. No refunds or rescheduling.

2. Group Classes (Drop-In or Online)

• Payments are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your spot to another person if you inform me at least 12 hours in advance.

3. Workshops & Courses

• Up to 14 days before the event:
  50% refund OR transfer your spot to someone else.

• Less than 14 days before the event:
  No refunds. Spot transfers only, arranged by you.

• No-shows:
  No refunds or credits.

4. Retreats

Retreats have their own detailed cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Final payments are non-refundable within 60 days of the retreat start date.

• You may transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Late Arrival

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrival does not extend the session, and no partial refunds are given.

6. Emergencies

I understand that life happens. In the case of a verified emergency (medical or family), I may offer a credit at my discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

7. If I Need to Cancel

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule:

• You will receive a full refund, or

• You can reschedule to a time that works for you.
